By messaging Nexus Studio, submitting a project inquiry, or engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Our Services

Nexus Studio provides website design and development, branding and creative assets, business and financial support services, AI agent and framework development, and marketing services, as described on our Services & Pricing page. Specific deliverables, pricing, and timelines for a project are confirmed with you directly before work begins.

Pricing & Payment

Prices listed on our website reflect standard scope for each item. Custom or larger projects are scoped and quoted individually before work starts. Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of project acceptance.

Timelines

Delivery timelines shown on our website (e.g. "same day," "1 day – 5 weeks") are typical ranges based on project scope and current workload. Confirmed timelines are communicated directly once a project is scoped.

Revisions

A reasonable number of revisions is included with each project to align the deliverable with your original request. Requests that go beyond the original scope, or extensive additional revision rounds, may be quoted as additional work.

Intellectual Property

Once a project is delivered and paid for in full, ownership of the final deliverable transfers to you, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Nexus Studio retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.

AI-Generated Content

Some deliverables (including but not limited to logos, images, video, and written content) may be generated using AI tools as part of our process. We stand behind the quality of what we deliver, and will work with you on revisions if a result doesn't meet the agreed brief.

Cancellations & Refunds

If a project needs to be cancelled, please contact us as early as possible. Refund eligibility depends on work already completed at the time of cancellation and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Limitation of Liability

Nexus Studio provides services on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of deliverables we provide. Content generated through our legal, financial, or advisory services is provided for informational and reference purposes and does not constitute professional legal or financial advice.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
